 Good mini series, but two caveats., This review is from: Rin ~ Daughters of Mnemosyne (Amazon Instant Video) Three stars for Amazon, not the series itself.The warnings first. One, this is dubbed and there is no option to switch to the original Japanese. Having first seen the episodes as they aired I can say there is no comparison, although that is personal taste. Two, I'm rather shocked at the video quality itself. I tried this through both my computer and blu-ray player and was really disappointed in the images. The fan subs I've watched had better quality, no exaggeration. I've seen other things through Amazon and was quite happy, so maybe they just got a bad copy? Don't know, but truly regret buying the series all at once because that was a better deal fiscally.*flush* $8 down the drain. As for the series itself, it is NOT for everyone. With the level of gratuitous images and actions I was shocked how much I still liked it.
